This is a wonderful resource for teaching about animal lifecycles. It is kid-friendly and engaging, and covers the topic quite well. It includes descriptions of the lifecycles of many different animals, and also discusses lifespan of animals by discussing the fact that at some point animals become too old to reproduce. This dvd also has a teacher's guide to help teachers with preview questions, vocabulary, and comprehension questions. The teacher's guide also provides a text list that will supplement the teaching on this dvd.
