A "close" relative gave me this. I have serious depression. This was suppose to "lighten my mood". I tossed it into the back of my closet until I moved and had to dig it out. If someone gives you this gift assume that they are clueless as far as mental health goes. I'd regift this if I thought it would help someone. It's about as helpful as a slap in the face and a scornful: "Get over it!" Why does this type of garbage get published? So many dead trees, so many stupid people.
