While the overall description for this book is precisely what the author wrote for its description: “A collection of original poems on love, hate, life, death, despair, and joy...;” there’s a little more to it.

Poetry, in its various forms, is one of those genres where the authors get it right or they don’t. In reading the poetry contained with the pages of this book, I found Mr. Carlos Salinas has succeeded in doing it right.

You can easily read through the entire book in last than an hour, but if you do you’ll lose the nuances each of the poems might contain. Each of the poems which the author has decided to include in this book needs to read slowly, digested and read again to obtain the beautiful and inspiring messages they contain, which might intensify with each subsequent reading. I found the messages which the poems are trying to communicate to be fraught with a wide gamut of emotions which can reverberate in the minds of those who read them; which is why I’ve given Mr. Salinas the 5 STARS he deserves.… (altro)
