Michael Sabom

I found this book to be fascinating and the conclusions at the end of the book were very surprising.

I was also surprised to find additional information in this book that showed inconsistencies in other books about NDR's, reminding me that when searching for accuracy multiple sources of information is imperative.

Michael Sabom is a cardiologist who is noted researcher in near death experiences. He approaches the subject from the perspective of an evangelical Christian. This is a readable book that describes his own research, summarizes and critiques the research of others, and grapples with the theological and religious implications of this research.
