This is a two-part set.
There is a booklet and a set of flash cards to help you remember what sign you are teaching your child.
They recommend the best age to start teaching your baby to sign is between 6 months (starting to have short and long term memory both) and 3 years (they should be starting to talk fairly well by then! Although it's never too late to start a child on a second langauge.)
