The book was poorly edited. In a cookbook, that presents serious problems. Here’s a recipe that sounds good. This is exactly how the recipe appears in the book.

Recipe # 20 – Orange Chips


Ingredients: 1 orange, ½ cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp vanilla extract, ¼ cup organic butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar Instructions: 1. Heat the oven and coat the baking pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large container, prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained. 3. In the same way you make regular cookies, place the batter in the baking pan (in small quantities and with more than 1-inch distance between them). 4. Bake for about 15 min. Serve after they cooled.
