Darryl J. Roberts

Not a relaxing read but a fascinating one. Roberts spent several decades as a funeral director and dishes out all the ways that the industry takes advantage of the grieving consumer. There is a disturbing chapter that lists EXACTLY what happens in the embalming room but that can be skipped. I gave this book 5 stars because of Roberts desire to arm consumers with industry information.
