This is a collection of articles on the issue of how to understand rotating "frames" in the context of special relativity. There are a range of opinions expressed, ranging from very mathematical tie-ins to general relativity to outright rebellion against special relativity. Even though the authors don't impose a "final answer" (and I think there is one), the book is still interesting.
