- Ladislao Reti, one of the world's foremost authorities on Leonardo da Vinci.Dr. Ladislao Reti was born in present-day Croatia in 1901. Chemical engineer and lived for many years in Argentina, dedicated to scientific research and the development of the chemical industry. Especially important are his studies on the work of Leonardo da Vinci in the field of engineering science. These investigations were later extended to the field of technological arts of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
