Dr Tony Rea has long-standing interests in the First World War and local history. He moved from the position of Head of History at Kingsbridge School, south Devon, to Oxford in order to embark upon a career in higher education. Tony has since taught in universities in the UK, The Gambia, Saudi mostra altro Arabia and Sweden. Tony no longer teaches, but writes professionally. Good history but not a very interesting story. Boulton-Paul Defiants, Lysanders, 100proof gasoline, Polish pilots and squadrons, the Thach Weave, and are neat but, rarely mentioned elements of WW2 RAF warfare. All pretty much wasted in this poorly told tale.
