Sizzling ideas indeed and the food will indeed be healthy - I don't know about 'fast' though, no braai I have ever attended has belaboured the speed issue. Maybe because men are doing the cooking? Women spend hours in the kitchen preparing nourishing meat and four veg. For a braai, they do salads and vegetables and marinades and relishes and rolls and snacks but the 'chef' is usually the man, and he wants his moments of glory to last longer than the mere ten minutes required!
