Linda Papadopoulos

This was one I was a little sceptical about because she's on the cover, very pretty, and quite slim and I'll admit that I didn't do the exercises. I though about them a bit but didn't do them. However I found it a very interesting read about self-image and self-confidence. If you're dieting, have dieted, thinking about dieting or changing your image read this one!
