The book suggests having ADHD does not mean not being able to start or finish a project but the procrastination prevents the person from following through. The book is informative and encouraging, particularly for readers who struggle to understand why performing tasks is difficult for them and how to overcome the mental obstacles. There are case studies to provide success stories only, but these are brief and few. It's easier said than done, but there are advice and techniques to help retrain the brain.
