Found this book in my college library in 1988 and dispaired of ever being able to find my own copy. One turned up in the early 1990s at a book sale for .50.

Fascinating plan for meal planning and saving money from a time when it really mattered. The photocopies of the grocery ads from the early 1970s are amazing and the back to basics recipes are irreplaceable.
