A Fast Read: When I went into the bookstore (Willow Books, Acton MA) I asked the clerk whether she had read any of the Penny Vincenzi books. When she said that it was a "quick read" I was sure that she had confused it with something else. After all, at over 500 pages, how could it be a "Quick Read."

It was! I loved it, loved the character, cared about her, but understood her flaws, and really wanted to follow her life. I can't wait to get my hands on the next one. And the next!
