Too much story for the length. This plot had novel length written all over it.
It needed more world building, a more dramatic climatic scene, a finale that was more considered.
Parts of it were convoluted and confusing.
I liked Gable and the relationship, although I wish it had more room to develop.
An intriguing concept that needed more time. I'd be interested in reading a longer version of this story.

This was cute. I loved the description of the book store (I'd love to own something like that). I liked the chemistry between the two MCs even if I didn't particularly like them. I liked Dillon the most as he seemed to genuinely love Chance and want the best for him (gotta admit, I was wanting him to find someone).
And do guys really say 'Dude' that much?
