This is a great book. Peter joins the army and trains as a paratrooper and sniper, he is then sent off to war. While in the war zone Peter adopts 2 mangy dogs. After his death Peter's sister vows to bring the dogs to America. This is the story of how many people worked together to help a stranger do something for an American hero after his death.
