Framed in Lace (A Needlecraft Mystery, #2) by Monica Ferris

The story mocves at a fast pace, with attention to detail and engaing dialog. Finding a sunken ship from the 1940's gave this story hint of historical fiction. Secrets , a few twists made this a good who-done-it.
