Not what I was expecting, but certainly not disappointed. I'm still thinking about getting the remaining vols. to see how it ends.

[For manga as a whole]
STORY:
I really enjoyed the wacky hijinks of this story. Is it a groundbreaking, thought-provoking masterpiece? No, it isn't, but it is ridiculously entertaining. There was not one moment where I lost interest.

Still, some elements of the story were thrown together. The last-minute royalty aspect sent me through a loop. The mangaka did try to smooth that out by adding some logic behind it in later chapters.

CHARACTERS:

Cherry/Chieri is dull. She's a catalyst for the events around her, and she doesn't understand why two gorgeous boys are attracted to her. To be honest, I don't understand either. Cherry is not from the overly ebullient "I want all my enemies to be my friends" shoujo standard, which is refreshing. No SCS (Shoujo Crying Standard) for her either! She also took a baby being dumped on her very well.

Momo is cute to look at. She has a feisty and lazy personality, which is perfect for a baby's character.

Shiro (Suitor #1) class president, the all-around cool guy is the more brash love interest. He's also bolder in his love advances. For example, attempting to kiss Cherry, inviting her out to fireworks, and stalking, I mean following her other potential suitors. I like him to say the least. Yomi and he are equally my favorite characters.

Yomi (Suitor #2) the calmer, more reserved love interest. I really like him. His family ties into the story. He's snarky too!

Ichigo I can take or leave her, but without her the story's events wouldn't happen so... She is alright.

RELATIONSHIP:
I don't take the love triangle in Momo Lover too seriously. The comedic effect overshadows the anxiousness for me to see who will Cherry choose (despite, her not wanting a relationship). The love is a little shallow, but the moments between Cherry and the guys are adorable. I love the kiss moment! Whenever Shiro and Yomi fight is hilarious too!

ART:
I liked the artwork! It was simple and neat and conveyed any scene well. However, this manga just refused to give Momo a nose. I guess that was just a pet peeve of mine.

OVERALL:
It's a quick read you should experience for yourself! If you can withstand the craziness of the story you might laugh the rest of the way through it.
