Naoko Minowa

Born in Tokyo, Naoko Minowa studied home economics in college and graduated with a degree in dyeing. In 2011, she opened Studio A Week, a hand weaving and vegetable dyeing shop, school, and gallery. Naoko is the chairwoman of the Japan Senshoku Association, which celebrates the traditional Japanese art form of fabric dyeing. She is also the author of Finger Weaving Scarves & Wraps.
