Anthony Middleton

A really good, easy to read book from members of mainly, the SBS. It uses military parlance and experience to explain the underlying leadership techniques that the special forces use, and how this can be translated into civilian life. This doesn't always quite work but in the main, it does, and surprisingly so in many ways. Very well written with an accessible style, this ain't going to be a book that will keep you reading for a long while, it can be read straight through but it's been designed to look at certain sections with a sort of summary for civilian life at the end of a chapter. Very good. Recommended for business, self help or those who'd like to become more effective, particular in their working role.… (altro)
