An interesting role-playing idea; the characters are actors in one of those innumerable terrible late night movies. You can call for a stunt double for dangerous scenes (when you're about to be mauled), threaten to Walk Off the Set when you think something's simply too much, and even cause a Film Break to escape certain doom. All the while trouping through some incredibly awful plotline. For what? For Fame, which can get you better equipment, better roles, and better stunt doubles (no better writing, though...). For the right group, a great game.

Stellar Games released a good game about playing monsters in a modern urban background, drawing from elements of splatterpunk, mythology, and some humor...only to lose out to another game about modern monsters which focused on the existential angst of such an existence, rather than the gore and fun. Sadly overlooked.
