If you're a huge fan of the Powerpuff Girls like me, I highly recommend this trade. It's a newly reprinted trade that IDW has done from the DC Comics run because IDW has also started a new PPG comic as well. This is full of fun, color, and childhood memories. It's the same art from the television show and IDW has done a nice job with the reprinting. I was expecting something that might have made me feel too old reading it now, but whoever wrote these comics really made you feel like you were watching some never before seen episodes. What I liked the best you could read the character as the voice from the show. I really liked these and I'm glad IDW has the brains to publish them again.

Graphic novel that anyone would enjoy reading from the nineties. It is like a blast from the past. It has a few stories in the book, but they are only a few pages each so it is a quick read.

Weaker than season five in every way. It's rarely funny, and visually boring. The people making the show at this point seem more interested in giving themselves cameos than anything else.

There are a couple episodes that are bad, but most are great and a couple are among the best of the series. The production values are still low, but they're trying harder; the show's timing and design are leaning in a much more Samurai Jack-ish direction than I remember from the first two seasons.

McCracken moved on after season four, and took a lot of the creative team with him. So the series probably should have ended then. It's still a good show. Visually it's increasingly more interesting, and there are a handful of very funny moments. But there are also a couple painfully bad episodes. Usually, it scrapes by.
