May Mccarthy

The central idea of McCarthy's book is that by partnering with one's preferred higher power, which she calls the Chief Spiritual Officer (CSO), about financial and career needs and prospects, and by expressing gratitude for not only what you have but what you want, you can achieve wealth/abundance.

After presenting her thesis, McCarthy then lays out a seven step daily ritual to connect with one's CSO, pay attention to intuition and other nudges, and celebrating successes. Then she goes through each step in more depth. She also reminds readers again and again to always look for the highest good and best outcome for everyone involved in any given situation.

McCarthy's actual personal business success, which she says is primarily due to applying this process, lends some weight to her Law of Attraction/Gratitude themes.

Personally, I liked the idea of involving deity in financial/business situations, but the seven step ritual was more than I want to take on.
