An easy read-in-one-sitting novella that is typical light frothy chick lit, with the added disadvantage of being hugely patronising; while its theme appears to be "it's not what you look like, it's the person inside that matters", the author's attitude towards weight suggests she is as sizist as the rest of the media. I am surprised Mazda haven't sued for the implication that their cars are unable to bear an eleven stone person, and the depiction of personal trainers is highly insulting. Thank goodness it didn't cost me anything.… (altro)
