This short book reads a bit like a padded newspaper column. The author's writing style is informal, which mostly feels approachable but occasionally veers into sloppiness. But the main message--that women have important, often overlooked leadership qualities that people of all genders would benefit from adopting--rings clear and true despite the stylistic shortcomings. Recommended for all libraries.
