This is a lovely collection of traditional Austrian Christmas baking.

My one problem with it is that the lebkuchen recipes use sugar instead of honey.½

This cookbook seems to be already out of print. I hope because all the copies sold out. I keep finding recipes that call out to me, but this copy is from the library.

This is typical Austrian cooking at its best. The recipes make good use of the available ingredients, are mostly quite easy to make, and sound very good.½
