An adorable animal adventure.

Clementine Fox and her friends stow away on Annabella the turtle when she swims to the island where Clementine's aunt lives. Clementine seeks adventure (and escape, especially from having to have a math tutor), Nubbins Squirrel wants to make sure Annabella is okay (she is; just preparing to lay eggs), and Penelope Rabbit wants to make sure Clementine doesn't get into any more trouble. Of course, they all do get into trouble, but they get out of it again - mostly by themselves, with a little assist from the grown-ups.

I'm familiar with Adventure Time TV series but I'm not a fan neither an avid viewer of it. When I had the chance to see this comics series, I thought that I should give it a try. So far, this first issue of Banana Guard Academy made me anticipate what will happened to the recruiting of new guards.

This is most probably my least favorite issue in this Banana Guard Academy series. I'm a little disappointed because I thought that this funny story will escalate in this particular installment. My initial reaction after reading this is, "Meh! That's it?"

I can't stop laughing when I read some of the new recruits' answers in the questionnaire. I also like how Punchy came on the right time that they needed a boost in their morale.

This final issue is a much better one than the last 2 previous issues of this series. Hands down, the author made a surprise in this finale because I never thought that he/she could make a connection about the robot's technology to the beginning of the story.

My rating is around 3 to 3.5★s for this issue. Quite a bizarre story we got here in this 5th issue of the Banana Guard Academy series. Those dream-like scenes are really psychedelic that's why, I think, some young readers would get confuse while reading this.
