Wer hinter dem Titel eine kapitalismuskritische Analyse der Armut in der dritten Welt erwartet mit dem Schwerpunkt darauf, welche Mechanismen im Kapitalismus dazu führen, dass diese Nationen keinen Fuß an die Erde bekommen, wird enttäuscht. Die Frage danach, warum täglich 100.000 Menschen verhungern ist für Lueer nur der Aufhänger für die Darstellung grundlegender Thesen aus der Kritik der politischen Ökonomie. Da ein Drittel des Buches aus Zitaten aus dem Kapital oder der Zusammenfassung von Michael Heinrich besteht, stellt sich allerdings die Frage, warum man nicht gleich diese Bücher lesen soll. Und allgemeinverständlicher ist Lueers Werk auch nicht . Insgesamt kommt mir dieses Buch also ein wenig überflüssig vor.… (altro)
