Excellent book on history of SOE and what it took to create this organization in shortest possible time to make it ready to fight against the Axis forces.

I particularly liked the view that without planning, learning from past successes and mistakes, trying out new ides on smaller scale and in general without sound approach to training and organization it is not possible to create anything at all.

Great book, highly recommended to anyone interested in WW2 and clandestine operations.… (altro)
