Not a particularly satisfying book. Missing persons case turns into a somewhat unbelievable and nearly deadly encounter with a sociopath posing as a new-age guru posing as...well that would be telling. The only part that I liked was the conversation with the not-so delusional derelict druggie.

Although set in Utah, this is not really a Mormon themed book. Jason Coulter is not a particularly likable character. He succeeds against the bad guys, but becomes essentially on himself at the predictable cost of losing his job and his girl.
