Great Pictures and Their Stories - Interpreting Masterpieces to Children - Lester was Director of Art Education in the Public Schools of Peoria, Illinois - Book 2, Second Grade
It is a decent book, very thick, but it does suffer from some generalizations and inaccuracies on older historical garments. Thankfully uses contemporary images in many places, but also has a number of redrawn items. Provides a useful overview of various costume accessories over the ages.
