The author's writing is very flowery; she uses a lot of words to say practically nothing. Some of the brief things she's mentioned about her Christian theology seem sketchy. She also just seems very obsessed with material possessions, even though the book is more about creating a positive atmosphere in the home. I don't get the sense that she's actually happy with what she has, but that she feels she has to pretend she is because that's what's acceptable for "good Christians."… (altro)
