I enjoyed this book for many reasons. First, elephants are my favorite animals so I really enjoyed reading all about them and learning interesting facts that I did not know before, such as, female elephants carry their babies inside of them for almost two years! The book had a lot of interesting and engaging information that is great for readers of all ages! Next, I loved that the book had a mixture of illustrations and photographs. For example, on of the pages shows and illustration of an elephant on a scale and on the other side is a school bus. It put their weight into a context that children would understand. I think this book is a great book for readers of all ages. Not only does it teach readers all about elephants, but it also provides fun and interesting facts that many people do not know!
