MC is gathered into a fantasy world where in a kind of academy people learn cultivating to make dungeon raids.
The story starts weak.
The MC is a clown, the mistress from the academy that gathers him is not very smart either. (Could just tell him she is to recruit him instead of demolishing the whole bar)
The whole first chapters read like the author is maybe 14/15 years old. immature dialogue , harem stuff, inconsistencies and all...
Toward the end there is more interesting social interaction and skills/equipment stuff but the MC is of course OP and even gets the help of the academy head mistresses all the time, while all females just want to be with him.… (altro)

This book is interesting. It is well written, has characters that react in ways one can relate to and a pretty good plot.

Yet I strongly dislike it. Several times I considered dropping it and had to force myself to continue. I cannot pinpoint why it brings out that feeling. It might be because I don't like the main conflict among humans. Perhaps that the main character does not act in a way that keeps true to his character throughout the book.

Or maybe that it is a mix of different books, an adventure that stops for city building. A romance that explodes forwards without basis mixed in. Not really doing any part strongly while telling about a journey. It struck me that wheel of time did this better, it wasn't the story focusing on the ruler planting vegetables in the middle of everything.… (altro)
