This is a very well written and easy to read and scan book. It's aimed more at people who don't know much about Childhood sexual abuse and recovery. It does however have some interesting ideas to help yourself on your road to recovery.

I liked this book because it had some good ideas and ways to look at issues that come up on the road to recovery, or what one might need to look out for during the process.

Being more advanced in my knowledge and background I could scan through this bok pretty quickly and grab anything helpful for my situation or that I may want to share with others that are dealing with this that I come across.

I will definitely refer people to read this book who are starting out or who are looking for different ways to frame things in their mind. As well as some other techniques to help themselves as they are waiting for or going through therapy.… (altro)
