Not only that, but the recipes are full of ingredients that I have in the kitchen or garden and don't know enough ways to use. Chestnut flour, Kammut flour, Szechuan pepper, chickpea flour, fresh lavender, Kampot pepper, Now if this list doesn't excite you, neither will the cookbook, but it's a really good fit for me.
