Timmy the caterer has a niece who's getting married. She insists that Timmy work with Tara the baker, who liked Timmy in high school, but they married other people and are widowed now. The older couple feel grumpy toward each other at first but you know they, too, will be married at the end. Sweet, wholesome double romance with lots of jokes, comedy scenes, and (what I like least about the book) food fights. Of all the sweet romances in the Booktober Blitz, this may be the one most often recommended by other writers.… (altro)
