An interesting taster to the Alexander Technique, as he points out you really need a teacher to perfect things but some of the simple exercises in this book would introduce you to the idea and if you were curious you could then continue to do the classes. Very persuasive and sensible sounding.

My own poise would probably drive most of these teachers crazy!
