Also, as per the newspaper notice for being awarded the MBE, Eustace Graham Keogh lived in South Warrandyte, a suburb in the then 'City of Doncaster and Templestowe'. This is not definitive proof that Graham is Eustace Graham, and if he is, as he appeared to want to keep his 'history' book separate from his military books, I have not combined the names. But I have entered birth and death details as per 'Eustace'.
