Love and Loud Colours di Edward Ka-Spel
It's not psychedelic. Edward's not psychedelic in general, despite the extreme amount of drugs he must do (he must!). It's more . . . dreamy. the exact feeling of drifting away and having some shivery things happen, and if a little causality gets broken, no bother - and then you wake up and pick up Love and Loud Colours again and transition back. And if Edward's dreams are a little darker than mine a little more often, I'm willing to sit with him for that, because hes a good friend and we've all been there. And when a lyric comes along that you can pair with a melody . . . well, it's a rare pleasure, a book that allows you to interrupt periodically for a singalong.

And at the end there are sudden tears and a bonus CD, which is gracious! Happy Christmas, Heidi. I love you.… (altro)

Love & loud colours di Edward Ka-Spel
The words, the illustrations, the layout -- each part of this book was carefully chosen to capture the essence of the Legendary Pink Dots. Ka-spel is a master lyricist, a true bard. His words can transport one to a mystical place and time. The illustrations are beautiful, seeming to accompany the lyrics as if they are themselves musical instruments. Read it aloud, to yourself, to your family, to your friends, to God.
