OK, but I felt like I got more out of watching coaching videos on youtube. I did like the practice plan templates, but they're designed for two hour practices, and we only get an hour, so they need modification. There's always debate about how teach proper pitching and hitting form, but I don't think this was outdated in the discussion of technique. A decent quick read for a first time coach, but not enough to make a newbie feel fully prepared. Certainly better than approaching that first time coaching without any preparation though.
