As a newly qualified nurse, I came across this in my college library almost at the end of my course. I liked it so much I ordered an updated edition from USA. So practical, easy to read and understand. I must refrain from carrying it around under my arm when working. I feel it may put the patients off while I refer to it!!!!!! However a fantastic book for students especially, and the newer nurse. Can't speak for the experienced nurses out there....
