Robert Jameson is a Cambridge-educated archaeologist and film buff, with a special knowledge of the classic Hollywood films of the 1930s, and a passion for monster movies of any era. Apart from regular archaeological expeditions to the Middle East, the author lives in London, where he divides his spare time between researching ancient myths and legends, and haunting late-night cinemas in search of our modern equivalent - films of the fantastic, the supernatural and the monstrous.
