Like most people who have studied Theology at University, and brought up in the Anglican Evangelical, low church wing, I always enjoy guides to assist your reading of the Bible. Sometimes we British tend to ignore or class as irrelevant writings that come from American Evangelicals, to my mind that is wrong, and Live Love Lead is an example of why we should approach this book with an open mind.

Each of the 90 days has a theme as well as daily passage from the New International Version, which addresses the day’s theme. With a clear explanation to each of the day’s theme, designed to stop and make you think and consider what you are reading, which he follows with a thought for the day as well as a prayer for the day. The added addition in this book is that the reader is given a page in which they can write their thoughts and reflections on what they have read.

In this book Brian Houston shows why as a Pastor and teacher he is respected, as he addresses a person’s concerns, things which all humans have anxieties about and takes you by the hand and guides you through. This book is designed to help Christians live their lives, the challenges they will face daily and how to overcome them with the love and dignity that Christ gave to man.

I am sure that if it is spiritual motivation that you are looking for, then this book is an excellent motivational read on how to live your life in Christ’s reflection.… (altro)
