I had to replace this when my old paperback fell apart. This hardback copy looks like it may last me out. For me the best recipe is the Barbados Citrus bread - a very good, sweet quick bread. Try it with blood orange juice if you can get it. If not use frozen concentrate less diluted than the can calls for.
