I can't foresee me going vegetarian or vegan anytime soon, but this has inspired me to give up mammal meat at the very least. So that's something.

I only made it halfway though. I don't agree with the premise that an all plant diet will heal all of our ills instantly. I suggest reading 'The Omnivore's Dilemma' by Michael Pollan and skipping this one entirely.
