I cannot finish reading this book.
It has been poorly edited and I cannot take anymore. This is a continual problem I see with books published by Orbis and for that reason I can no longer read their publications. It's a complete waste of my time and money. I'm sorry, Orbis. Hire a Catholic copyeditor who knows a thing or two.

"Mass" ... The Catholic celebration of the Eucharist is ALWAYS capitalized. The lower case "mass" is a large gathering of people or a large gathering of cells, something. Cancer is referred to as a "large mass". The Eucharist is never referred to as a "mass" ... unless you're talking about a large gathering of people at that Mass.

For that matter, the Eucharist is always capitalized!

We're told in the Preface that Kate Campbell Heim was the proofreader of the manuscript so I blame her. Her uncle, the author, should be ashamed that she doesn't know Mass and Eucharist should be capitalized. Every single "Mass" in the 48 pages I read was not capitalized properly. I don't waste my time with blogs that don't capitalize "Mass", I'm certainly not going to waste anymore of my time reading this.
