3- 3.5 stars. I had to finish the series because I needed to know how it ended. I still struggled with the book. I seem to be in the minority here because something was just off for me. I wanted to like this story so much more than I did. It really did have great promise but fell short for me.

3.5 stars. This book had potential and a good premise but the writing style was odd to me. It lacked fluidity. It also seemed to move at a really fast pace.
