Another terrific poker touranament book by Harrington. Couple this with Volume 1 of the series, study it (and volume 1), employ the strategies you learn there and you will be better prepared than 75-80% of the players you will meet in the next local tournament you enter. That doesn't mean you will win of course, but you will be ready and have a shot at the gold.

This book did more for my pocketbook and my understanding of how improve my play in poker tournaments that any other single book on the topic I have read.

Facile à lire pour le débutant que je suis, mais très complet, avec une organisation claire des différents concepts en sept chapitres qui en font un bon outil de référence. Des exercices en fin de chapitres sous forme d'exemples de mains commentées facilitent l'apprentissage.
Ce premier tome est consacré à la stratégie générale du hold'em et peut être utilisé hors tournois.
